    The Challenge: The firm needed a structured path to navigate the explosive potential of Generative AI without exposing the enterprise to regulatory or reputation risk.

    The Strategy: I pioneered a corporate AI governance framework to define risk appetite and investment thesis. This involved moving the organization from theory to execution by establishing a roadmap for high-value use cases and securing capital for test & learn pilots.

    The Result: Successfully transitioned the firm from inertia to adoption, identifying $3M incremental revenue and $16M OPEX savings while defining the risk appetite necessary for scalable deployment.

  • Global Scale: Unification for Cost Efficiency.

    The Challenge: An insurance giant’s digital footprint was fractured across ~90 local sites and ~250 disparate microsites, creating technical debt and brand dilution.

    The Strategy: I directed a massive-scale infrastructure modernization program, migrating the entire global ecosystem into a centralized CMS architecture.

    The Result: We unified the global brand voice across 54 markets and established a Global Digital Center of Excellence to standardize privacy protocols (GDPR/CCPA).

  • Governance & Brand Defense.

    The Challenge: During periods of market volatility, the firm required a defense mechanism to prevent asset loss and protect brand equity.

    The Strategy: I architected the firm’s first integrated Crisis Communication framework across Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned (PESO) channels, combining sentiment monitoring with proactive regulatory compliance.

    The Result: Successfully safeguarded the brand through proactive response management, preventing reputational damage during critical market shifts.
